Thank you for your letters of April 5, 1988 and September 27, 1988 responding to NRC Bulletin 88-01 for the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (Harris) detailing the results of your short and long-term inspections of Westinghouse circuit breakers.

Since you have completed the requested inspections and responded with the inspection results, no further action on your part is required.

With regard to the Harris plant, your response to the Bulletin is complete and this matter is closed.
