To facilitate NRC review, the resolution of each action is preceded by.
the restatement of the follow-up action.

The vendor recommendations not yet received willbe reviewed upon receipt to determine if the installed miniflow lines have sufficient capacity.
Resolution l.
Vendor recommendations have been received and evaluated for adequacy of the installed miniflow lines.
No additional problems have been identified.
Action 2.
The Boric Acid Transfer Pump operating procedures willbe reviewed, and additional administrative restrictions will be implemented, as appropriate, to further ensure that both Boric Acid Pumps are not operated simultaneously with only the miniflow line in service.
Resolution 2.
The procedure for the Boric Acid Transfer Pumps was reviewed and a new precaution regarding simultaneous pump operation during miniflow conditions was added.
