necessary
design
input (as
taken
from the
Design
Basis
Documents) for PCR-2292.
Your response
does
not include
corrective action to prevent
recurrence.
Therefore,
in accordance
with the
requirements
and within 30 days of the date of this letter,
please
resubmit your response
to the Notice.
Your response
to Notice of Violation A. 1 concerning
PCR-1286
and Notice of
Vitiation A..". concerning
PCR-1391 clarify our concerns.
