The purpose of this letter is to inform you that in regard to the "above referenced violation, full compliance has now been achieved as committed to in CPhL re'sponse (NRC-587) dated October 30, 1987.
The review to confirm the adequacy of in-house design of, Seismic Class I steel has now been completed and final reports are on file for your inspection.
The conclusion reached is that the Seismic Class I
steel design is satisfactory.
