Carolina Power R Light Company issued copies of Amendment No. 39 to the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant Final Safety Analysis Report on October 30, 1987.
Carolina Power 2 Light Company has since distributed the appropriate number of copies of the above document in accordance with the attached distribution list (Enclosure A). This list is a compilation of the original distribution list contained in Enclosure 1 of your letter to Mr. 3. A. 3ones dated November 25, 1981, revised to reflect changes in title, name, address, etc. per request of individuals on the original list. Distribution was made within ten days after issuance of the amendment as stated in the attached affidavit.
