In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.91, Carolina Power 6 Light Company hereby requests that the license amendment request of October 15, 1987 (Reference
- 1) be processed as an emergency license amendment.
Receipt of this license amendment is the critical path activity for entry into Operational Mode 4 currently scheduled for the evening of October 30, 1987.
Therefore, we request that the amendment be issued no later than noon on October 30, 1987.
