- staff, and Mr. P.
E. Fredrickson of my staff on October 5, 1987, concerning an enforcement conference and technical meeting to be conducted at the Region II office on October 21, 1987, at 1:00 p.m.
The purpose of the enforcement conference is to discuss your operation of the Harris facility for an extended period of time in violation of the Harris Technical Specifications, specifically that portion involving operability of containment isolation valves.
We are also interested in the involvement of your Onsite Nuclear Safety organization in this matter.
The-purpose of the technical meeting is to.discuss the identification, review and resolution of the D.C. electrical distribution problem that effected Auxiliary Feedwater System operabi,lity.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them'.with you.
