COMPANYIS SHEARON HARRIS UNIT 1 DOCKET NQ.60-400, REGION II RECOMMENDATION OF FULL POWER LICFNSE Based on a review of my staff and discussion with me, subsequent to the Commission decision of January 8, 1987, Region IT reconmends issuance of a Full Power License for Shearon Harris, Unit 1.
CPLL has satisfied all technical inspection concerns and completed satisfactorily its low power testing program.
