Docket No. 50-400 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. 8-103 NDM . 1 Effective Oct. 24i19061ndemnity Agreement No. 8-103, between Carolina Power and Light Company and North Carolina Eastern Municipal Power Agency and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated October 28, 1985, is hereby amended as follows:

Item 2a of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
