Shearon Harris Technical Specifications In your application for an operating 'license, you included proposed Technical Specifications.

During the course of our review of your application, we have worked with you on these Technical Specifications to reach a mutual agreement on the proper wording and substance.

The Technical Specifications to be issued as Appendix A to the Shearon Harris license are expected to be similar to the enclosed final draft.

You are requested to certify that the enclosed Technical Specifications are consistent with the Final Safety Analysis Report, the Safety Evaluation Report and its supplements, and the as-built facility, and to respond in a time frame commensurate with your proposed low power licensing date.

Moreover, you are requested to document in some detail the resources and process used to review and certify the Technical Specifications.
