Harris facility.

At the

conclusion of the inspection,

the findings were discussed

with those

members of

your staff identified in the enclosed

inspection report.

Areas

examined

during the inspection

are identified in the report.

Within these

areas,

the

inspection .consisted

of selective

examinations

of procedures

and

representative

records,

interviews with personnel,

and observation of activities

in progress.

Within the

scope

of the

inspection,

no

new violations

or deviations

were

identified.

However,

additional

examples

of

a

previous

viol.ation

were

identified.

These are discussed

in Paragraph

3 of the enclosed report.

In addition,

a conference

call

was

held

on April 22,

1986, to further discuss

and review this matter.

Your commitment letter, dated April 25,

1986, clarified

the corrective

actions

and

compliance

dates

to resolve

the violation.

This

letter

and your previous submittals

are being evaluated

and will be acknowledged

under separate

cover.

Your attention

is invited to unresolved

items identified in the

inspection

report.

These matters will be pursued

during future inspections.
