Confirmation of Concurrence This letter refers to a telephone conversation on May 10, 1979, between M. A. McDuffie and J.
C. Bryant of my staff in which we concurred in your schedule for resumption of fill placement in dams and dikes in areas which presently contain no fill at your Harris construction site.
This concurrence is based on your letter dated May 4, 1979, to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, their concurrence in the criteria expressed in that letter, and our review of your implementing procedures.
