This LER documented thc first condition identified under thc Tcchnical Specification Surveillance Review Program in response to Generic Letter (GL) 96-01, "Testing of Safety-Rclatcd Logic Circuits."
By letter L-96-147, dated Junc 18, 1996, FPL submitted LER 250/96-004-02, Identification ofInadequate Surveillance Testing, to document the second condition under the Technical Specification Surveillance Review Program in response to GL 96-01, regarding inadequate surveillance ofthc 4KVD Bus clearing function.
The attached revised LER, 250/96-004-03, documents thc third condition idcntificd under this continuing program, regarding inadequate surveillance procedures for thc main steam linc isolation function. The revised LER, 250/96-04-3, is being provided in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(v).
