Instructions for Virtual Attendance at the January 30-31, 2018, Licensing Support Network Advisory Review Panel (LSNARP) Meeting for Primary/Secondary Representatives of LSNARP Members via GoToMeeting LogMeIn, Inc.s GoToMeeting will be the primary method used for virtual (i.e., remote) web-conference attendance by LSNARP member primary/secondary representatives at the January 30-31, 2018 LSNARP meeting. Audio-only teleconference attendance will also be offered. LSNARP member organizations should note that GoToMeeting only permits a relatively limited number of concurrent connections. As such, each LSNARP member organization should anticipate that its primary/secondary representatives will be able to connect virtually via GoToMeeting from only one location.1 On or before Tuesday, January 2, 2018, by email to the LSNARP Chairman, each LSNARP member organization should provide the names of its primary and (if designated) secondary representatives who plan on attending the January 30-31, 2018 LSNARP meeting, indicating whether each individual will participate (1) remotely via GoToMeeting; (2) remotely via a toll-free telephone connection; or (3) in person at the meeting site in Room 01C3 located on the first floor of the Three White Flint North (3WFN) Building at the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions headquarters at 11601 Landsdown St., Rockville, MD 20852. LSNARP member organization representatives who indicate they will attend the meeting using GoToMeeting will be provided their organizations GoToMeeting link by no later than Wednesday, January 24, 2017.

1 Other LSNARP member organization personnel and members of the public may observe and, as appropriate, participate in the meeting either virtually via GoToWebinar or by audio-only toll-free telephone access or in person from the meeting room in the Three White Flint North Building at NRC Headquarters in Rockville, Maryland. Separate instructions for connecting to the meeting by such participants are provided in the Federal Register notice announcing the meeting.

Instructions for Web-Conference Attendance via GoToMeeting For those LSNARP member primary/secondary representatives intending to participate virtually using GoToMeeting, it is recommended that you participate in one of two 15- to 30-minute connectivity tests of the GoToMeeting web-conferencing system. These connectivity tests will be conducted by an agency information technology (IT) specialist at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on (1) Thursday, January 18, 2018; and (2) Tuesday, January 23, 2018. Also, it is recommended that prior to participating in a connectivity test, each primary/secondary representative review the GoToMeeting frequently asked questions webpage (http://www.gotomeeting.com/meeting/online-meeting-support) for specific system requirements and conduct a GoToMeeting system compatibility test (https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomeeting/get-ready).2 The agency IT specialist will contact LSNARP member organization primary/secondary representatives by e-mail to provide the GoToMeeting web link required to participate in a connectivity test at least 4 days before the test.

Instructions for Teleconference Attendance LSNARP member organization primary/secondary representatives identified as wishing to participate via teleconference using a toll-free telephone number should call (888) 395-2501 and use the passcode code 64908. After entering the passcode, there will be a generic recorded instruction to press *0 to begin the conference. Please disregard this instruction as it will result in you being transferred to an operator. If you do end up speaking with an operator, please indicate that you are a leader, which will avoid the operator placing you into listen-only mode.

2 An LSNARP member organizations primary/secondary representatives computer or tablet may require installation of a free plug-in or free software from LogMeIn, Inc. Accessing the provided web address prior to the connectivity test will prompt a plug-in or software download, if required.

If you have any questions about these instructions, please contact Acting LSN Administrator Margie Janney at LSNAdministrator@nrc.gov.
