ENCLOSURE REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INSERVICE INSPECTION PROGRAH Quad Cities Station, Units 1 and 2
Some of your requests for relief for the 2nd ISI interval (Ref.2,3) are different from or in addition to requests for relief for the 1st ISI inter-val.(Ref. 1).
Those not attributable to use of different codes are:

In those instances where relief is needed but not requested (2nd interval for first two items, 1st interval for last item) in the references, it should be requested under the terms of sub-paragraph 10 CFR 50.55a(g)(5)(iv) from the requirements of the applicable Code edition.
Please submit such requests or explain why they are not required.
