SUBJECT:
REMOVAL OF VALVES, MOV-750 AND 751, FROM TYPE C TEST RE(UIREMENTS By letter dated May 20, 1985, you requested that valves, MOV 750 and 751, not be required to be Type C tested.
You further indicated that the valves will be tested as pressure isolation valves.
Your submittal included an evaluation to support the removing of the Type C test requirements for the valves.
We have reviewed your request and the results of our review are provided in the enclosure to this letter.
We have concluded, based on our review, that the subject valves do not require a Type C test and that testing the valves as pressure isolation valves is acceptable.
This completes our action related to the above referenced TAC Numbers.
