- 1985, we proposed a one-day visit at your corporate office to obtain your views and discuss existing regulatory requirements that may have marginal importance to safety but have high burdens on the utilities or the NRC.
We provided additional details concerning the visit and indicated we would make arrangements with your staff if you were interested in participating in the program which is entirely voluntary.
You have indicated your interest in the program and we have arranged with members of your staff for the visit on March 7, 1985.
We have enclosed a
tentative agenda for the meeting and list of NRC and our contractor personnel who will attend.
If you have any further questions please contact the Turkey Point Project Manager, Mr. Daniel G. McDonald, on (301) 492-7363.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements of this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required Under P.L.96-511.
