DPR-31 and Amendment No. 96 to Facility Operating License No.

DPR-41 for the Turkey Point Plant Units Nos.

3 and 4, respectively.

The amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application transmitted by letter dated December 28, 1983.

J These amendments add footnotes which explicitly identify operating bypass conditions to assure there is no conflict with the operability requirements during plant startup and cooldown for the status of the automatic safety injection signals.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is enclosed.

A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular monthly Federal
