and Valves The attached document is a revision to the current Turkey Point Unit Nos.
3 8 4 Inservice Test Progran (IST) for Pumps and Valves.
This revision includes Florida Power 8 Light's responses to questions and comments in the NRC letter dated September 20, 1983 and discussions between NRC staff and FPL represent ati ves.
Revisions to the program include:

The two existing Turkey Point Unit Nos.
3 8 4 IST programs were combined into a single IST prograII covering both units, except for the IST program interval end dates.

Pl ant Chan es and Modificati ons The revised IST Progran includes valves that were added to systems, repl aced with a different type of valve body or actuator, or removed from the IST
'rograII as the result of plant changes and modifications.

I and II in the current IST prograns were combined into revised Table I.
A new Table II was added to address Reactor Coolant System Pressure Isolation Valves.
Table I.A. was revised to provide additional information requested by the NRC staff.
