Dance of my staff and K. N. Harris, Acting Manager of Nuclear Energy, concerning a management meeting at your office in Miami, Florida on October 21, 1983.
We requested this meeting to review the results of the first phase of our annual appraisal of your regula-tory performance.
The time of the meeting was established as 9:30 a.m.
A proposed agenda is enclosed.
Selected managers have met as a part of the NRC's Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP) program to discuss your regulatory performance during the period July 1, 1982 through June 30, 1983.
The results of this meeting, the SALP Board Assessment, will be forwarded to you approximately one week prior to our meeting.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
