We have received a copy of your application dated October 27. 1982, as revised by letter dated March 7, 1983, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (OHRR} for review.. This application proposed a revised pump and valve Inservice Test Program for the Turkey Point Plant, Unit Hos.
3 and 4.
Fees pursuant to 170.22 were not re-mitted with your application.
Based on information provided by the OHRR staff as the result of their preliminary review of your application, it has been determined that a Class III fee ($4,000) and a Class I fee ($400) are appropriate since the review will involve consideration of a single technical issue and a duplicate unit.
Therefore, you are requested to remit the sum of
$4.400 to this office. If the OHRR staff's final review of your application reveals that these fees are not appropriate, you will be notified and any necessary adjustments wi'll be made.
