Turkey Point Units 3 & 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 & 50-251 Pum,& Valve lnservice Test Pro rom Please find attached the revised pump and valve Inservice Test Program for Unit 4.
The program shall be conducted in accordance with the 1980 Edition of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (through winter 1980 Addenda) except for specific relief requested in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55 a (g) (5) (iii).
The program is applicable for the period September 7,
1983 to September 7, 1993.
Attachment A of this submittal is intended to replace the previous program described in Attachment B of our Technical Specification Amendment request submitted in L-78-275, dated August 23, 1978.
This program has been reviewed by the Turkey Point Plant Nuclear Safety Committee and the Florida Power & Light Company Nuclear review board.
