This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory
Commission
(NRC) inspection
conducted

The inspection
included
a
review of
activities authorized for your Turkey Point facility.
At the conclusion of the
inspection,
the findings
were
di cussed
with those
members
of your staff
identified ir, the enclosed
inspection report.
Areas
examined
curing thi >nspection
are identified in the report.
Within
these
areas,
the inspection
consisted
of selective
examinations
of procedures
and r.presentaiive
records,
interviews with personnel,
and observation
of
activities in progress.
The inspc;cticn firdincs indicate that certain activities appeared
to violate
NPC requirements.
The violations,
re crences
to pertinent
requirements,
and
elements
to be included in your rt'-sponse
are described
in the enclosed
Notice
of Violation.
The first violation aescribed
in the enclosed
Notice is similar to a violation
contained
in the Notice sent
to you
by our letter dated April 28,
1987.
Because
