these

the inspection

consisted

of selective

examinations

of procedures

and r.presentaiive

records,

interviews with personnel,

and observation

of

activities in progress.

The inspc;cticn firdincs indicate that certain activities appeared

to violate

NPC requirements.

to pertinent

requirements,

and

elements

are described

in the enclosed

Notice

of Violation.

The first violation aescribed

in the enclosed

Notice is similar to a violation

contained

in the Notice sent

to you

by our letter dated April 28,

1987.
