This is in response to your letter (L-87-234) of June 2, 1987, which requested a temporary exemption to the requirement of 10 CFR 73.57.
On June 12, 1987 the NRC sent Generic Letter 87-10 to all power reactor licensees which authorized use of a temporary access authorization program until final screening policy is established.
We believe that Generic Letter 87-10 satisfies your need and therefore will not process your request.
