ANSWER SUPPORTING NRC STAFF MOTION FOR
SUMMARY
DISPOSITION OF CONTENTION 4A On March 23, 1981, the NRC Staff filed "NRC Staff Second Motion for Summary Disposition" (Motion), seeking summary dis-position of Contentions 2 and 4A.
On April 13,
- 1981, and pursuant to 10 CFR 5 2.749(a), Florida Power 6 Light Company (FPL) filed its Answer in support of the Motion with respect to Contention 2.
FPL now files its Answer in support of the Motion with respect to Contention 4A.
FPL has examined the Motion and supporting affidavits filed by the NRC Staff.
FPL herewith submits an additional affidavit of Frederick G. Flugger and H. H. Jabali which provides further support for the Motion filed by the NRC FPL agrees that there is no genuine issue as to the r
material facts concerning Contention 4A and submits that.
