The problem was traced to the 3A SI pump's 4160V breake A spare breaker was installed, in the breaker cubicle, 5

tested, and the 3A SI'pump declared operable within 40 minutes.

During 1

9 this event, the 33, 4A, a 4B SI pumps were operable and available.

An evaluation to determine reportability pursuant to 10CFR21 is in progress.

The cause of the inonerabilitv was a bxoken su ort for the drivin awl xesulting in inability to charge the closing spring.

An evaluation is in progress to detexmine the cause of the broken support.

Our daily inspection oz safety related 4160V spring position and annual physical inspect'on will continue while the evaluation is in progress.
