APPENDIX B NOTICE OF DEVIATION Florida Power and Light Company Turkey Point License Nos.

DPR<<31 and DPR-41 Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on February 1-29,

1980, certain of your activities appear to deviate from your commitments to the Commission.

As indicated in paragraph 5 of IE Inspection Report 50-250"251/79-24, a

commitment was made to have available by October 1979, for use in final, approved form, procedures covering the following:

Auxiliary Feedwater Pump Turbine Overhaul Auxiliary Feedwater Pump Turbine Throttle Trip Valve Overhaul Auxiliary Feedwater Pump Overhaul and Maintenance Contrary to the above, such procedures had not been made available for use in final approved form as of February 28, 1980.
