APPENDIX A NOTICE QF VIOLATION Florida Power and Light Company Turkey Point Unit 3 License No. DPR-31 Based on the NRC inspection February 1"29, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Section 6.8.1 of the Technical Specifications, written procedures and administrative policies that meet or exceed the requirements and recommendations of Sections 5.1 and 5.3 of ANSI N18.7-1972 and Appendix A of USNRC Regulatory Guide 1.33 shall be implemented Contrary to the above, the following two examples represent a failure to implement existing procedures:
