~F1ndin As required by Technical Specification 6.8.1, written procedures and ad-ministrative policies shall be implemented.

Paragraph 8.4.6.1.1 of Ad-ministrative Procedure 0103.2 requires that all recorder charts be stamped with the date and identification.

Contrary to the above, recorder charts

454, 455, 456 associated with the steam generator parameters gathered during and subsequent to the 1:37 a.m.

Unit 4 reactor trip on December 19, 1979, were neither stamped or labeled with any identification or dates.

As corrective action, the charts listed in the finding have been stamped and labeled as required by Administrative Procedure 0103.2.

In order to prevent recurrence, discussions were held with the appropriate Nuclear Match Engineer and Nuclear Supervisor on the importance of full compliance with Administrative Procedure 0103.2.

Compliance was achieved on February 19, 1980.
