APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Florida Power and Iight Company Turkey Point Plant License No. DPR-41 Based on the NRC inspection December 1-20, 1979, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
This item has been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Technical Specification 6.8.1, written procedures and administrative policies shall be implemented.
Paragraph 8.4.6.1.1 of Administrative Procedure A.P. 103.2 requires that all recorder charts be stamped with the date and identification.
Contrary to the above, recorder charts
- 454, 455 and 456 associated with the steam generator parameters gathered during and subsequent to the 1:37 a.m.
Unit 4 reactor trip on December 19,
- 1979, were neither stamped nor labeled with any identification or dates.
This is an infraction.
