These PIVs were verified to be in the correct position. An operable

The failure to fully perform the surveillance resulted from a misunderstanding of the surveillance division of responsibility following a restructuring of the onsite organization. The 0 PlVs involved are in the alternate flow path surrounding fossil Unit Nos. l & 2. The personnel responsible for this surveil-lance have been instructed to surveil those TS items associated with the fossil units.
