DONALDC. COOK NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - WITHDRAWALOF AN AMENDMENTREQUEST TO INCREASE UNIT 2 THERMALPOWER AND ASSOCIATED TECHNICALSPECIFICATIONS FOR UNIT 1 (TAC NOS. M96363 AND M96364)
Dear Mr. Powers:
By letter dated July 11, 1996, you applied for an amendment to the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Power Plant Units 1 and 2 Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-58 and DPR-74. The proposed change would have modified the'facility technical specifications pertaining to a thermal power increase for Unit 2 and other associated changes for Unit 1. Subsequently, by letter dated September 22, 1998, you requested the NRC to suspend its review, and withdrew the amendment.
We willconsider the application to be withdrawn and close this action.
