Pursuant to the requirements of Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.10, the attached Monthly Operating Report Addendum for the months of January, February, April, and May1998 are submitted.
The Addendum is necessary to report the completion of the refueling outage.
The unit remains shutdown to resolve design basis questions discovered during the Architect and Engineering Inspection.
The unit was initiallyshutdown on September 8, 1997 to resolve these issues.
