An Unusual Event was declared due to a possible loss of a containment barrier when both trains of containment spray were declared inoperable.
Manually tripped the Main Turbine.
Opened the Reactor Trip Breakers.
Entered Mode 4.
Entered Mode 5. Terminated the Unusual Event..
Received an Unplanned ESF Actuation on 2 of 4 Low Low Steam Generator Level coincidences while fillingto wet lay up. The cause was instrument indication swings in combination with a narrow reset band.
