Hr. John Dolan, Vice Presidnet Indiana and Hichigan Electric Company Post Office Box 18 Bowling Green Station New York, New York 10004 The Facility Operating License No. DPR-74 for the D. C. Cook Unit No.
2 contains license conditions 3A and 3B regarding the seismic qualification of electric equipment.
In our review of the Indiana and Hichigan Electric Company letter dated December 18, 1979, we have identified additional information which we will need to complete our review.
It is requested that you provide a legible copy of the report on the Hercord Pressure Switch.
The report was in the December 18, 1979 letter, but of such poor quality we are unable to complete our review. It is also'equested that you include the details of how functionality was verified during testing of the Hercord Pressure Switch and in addition, how functionality was verified for the switchgear components.
If you hive any questions, please let us know.
This information should be provided within 45 days of receipt of this letter.
