A endix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION American Electric Power Service Corporation Indiana and Kichigan Power Company Docket No. 50-315 Docket No. 50-316 Based on the inspection conducted on April 17-20, 1978, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted belov.
Items 1, 2 and 3 are infractions.
1.
(Units 1 and 2) Contrary to Technical Specifications Section 6.8.1, procedure PNI 2271 vas not followed in that untreated vood was used in the control rooms (the panel areas) and in other "safety related areas" of the plant.
2.
(Unit 2)
Contrary 'to Technical Specifications Section 3.7.10, no fire vatch had been posted at a nonfunctioning penetration fire barrier in the control room panel area.
3.
(Units 1 and 2) Contrary to Technical Specification 6.8.1.a.,
