Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Indiana 6 Michigan Power Company Docket No. 50-315 Based on the inspection conducted on December ll thru 14, 1979, it appears that one of your activities was in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below.
This item is a deficiency.
Plant Manager Instruction PMI 4060 requires the licensee to forward only properly prepared, reviewed and approved technical data for entry in technical data books.
Contrary to the above, the differential boron worth curves in the techni-cal data books have not been scaled up to reflect the discrepancy between the predicted and the measured differential boron worths.
