PALO VERDE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION - WITHDRAWALOF AN AMENDMENTREQUEST (TAC NOS. M97192, M97193, AND M97194)
Dear Mr. Levine:
By letter dated November 6, 1996, you applied for amendments to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3, Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-41, NPF-51, and NPF-74. The proposed change would have modified the facilitytechnical specifications to provide a method to respond to a sustained, degraded switchyard voltage condition.
Subsequently, by letter dated December 16, 1998, you withdrew the amendment request.
I The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
