REFUEL ING OPERAT IONS a
. 3/4.9.6 REFUELING MACHINE LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.9.6 The refueling machine shall be used for movement of fuel assemblies and shall be OPERABLE with:
a.
A minimum capacity of 3590 pou.>ds and an overload cut off limit.
APPLICABILITY: During movement of fuel assemblies within the refueling cavity.
ACTION:
With the above requirements for the refueling machine not satisfied, suspend use of the refue1ing machine from operations involving the movement of fuel assemblies.
SURVEILLANCE RE UIREMENTS 4.9.6.
1 The refueling machine used for movement of fuel assemblies shall be demonstrated OPERABLE within 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> prior to the start of such operations by performing a load test of at least 3590 pounds and demonstrating an automatic d<< ff 1
