This refers to our letter dated

which transmitted
NRC
Inspection
Report 50-528/94-21;
50-529/94-21;
50-530/94-21,
wherein
we
requested
that you respond
by letter, describing
why the misperformance
observed
in the
1993 license
examinations
was substantially
repeated
again
during the examinations
conducted
in November
1994.
We asked that you provide
us information on what future actions
you anticipate to preclude further
recurrence
and to please
explain
how your emergency
operating
procedures
under
development,
including the implementing training program, will enhance
completion of immediate actions
steps.
We requested
a reply within 30 days of
receipt of the letter with the
above information, or your projected
schedule
to provide it.
The purpose of this letter is to confirm the telephone call
on January

1995,
