The inspection

activities authorized for your Palo Verde facility.
At the conclusion of the
inspection,
the findings were discussed
with those
members of your staff
identified in the enclosed
report.
Areas
examined during the inspection
are identified in the report.
Within
these
areas,
the inspection consisted
of selective
examinations of procedures
and representative
records,
interviews with personnel,
and observation of
activities in progress.
The results of this inspection
are
documented
on
page
2, in the enclosed
report.
This inspection
noted that your current
emergency
operating
procedure
revision process
did not fully consider

"Lessons
Learned
from the Special
Inspection
Program
for Emergency
Operating
Procedures."
While. not
a regulatory requirement
or
a
formal commitment,
we commend your staff's willingness to incorporate
