~HH The Shift Supervisor ofthe affected unit performs initial classification and declaration ofan emergency, maintains control ofunit operations, and mitigates accident conditions.
The Shift Supervisor reports to the Emergency Coordinator.
4.2.1.13 Shin; Technical Advisor - STSC The Shift Technical Advisor - STSC reports to the Control Room Area or Satellite TSC ofthe aQected unit. He advises the Shift Supervisor on activities that impact the safe and proper operation ofthe unit.
The Shift Technical Advisor monitors various data displays throughout the course ofthe emergency and provides assistance to Control Room personnel.
He assumes the position ofReactor Analyst until relieved by the Reactor Analyst ofthe Onsite Emergency Organization.
He provides electrical and mechanical technical support until relieved by the onsite emergency organization.
He reports to the Shift Supervisor.

radiological monitoring activities. The team consists ofat least two members, with at least one member being a Radiation Protection Technician. The Survey Team reports to the Radiation Protection Monitor.-
4.2.1.15 Technicians Radiation Protection Technician reports to the Satellite TSC and assumes the responsibilities ofthe Radiation Protection Monitor. The Chemistry Technician reports to the OSC for assignment.
Maintenance Technicians (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control gErC)) also report to the OSC for assignment. Ifnecessary, Technicians may be assigned to Search and Rescue, Emergency Repair, or Survey Teams.
Technicians report to the Emergency Coordinator.
4.2.2 The OnsiteEmer enc Or anization The Emergency Coordinator ofthe Onshift Emergency Organization orders the activation ofthe Onsite Emergency Organization at an Alert or higher level emergency classification.
