This LER reports that a design basis fire in the Control Room, concurrent with a loss of off-site power, could result in a loss of control power to the Train "B" Diesel Generator Output Breaker and Diesel Generator Room Essential Exhaust:

Fan

Breaker, and loss of power to the Diesel Generator Control Panels prior to the repositioning of the transfer switches to the local position for alternate shutdown.

In accordance with 10CFR50-.73(d),
