Within these

the inspection consisted of selective

of procedures

records,

interviews with

personnel,

and observations

by the inspectors.

Based

on the results of this inspection, it appears

that one of your

activities

was not conducted

in full compliance with NRC requirements,

as set

forth in the attached

inspection report.

Because

the violation appears

to be

isolated to a particular aspect of the Inservice Inspection

Program

and

corrective action

was taken during the inspection,

the

NRC considers it

appropriate

not to cite this as

a violation in accordance

with 10 CFR Part 2,

Appendix C, Section

V.A.

Therefore,

no written response

is considered

necessary.

In accordance

with 10 CFR 2.790(a),

a copy of this letter and the enclosures

-will be placed in the

NRC Public Document

Room.
