Areas examined during this inspection are described

Within these

areas,

the inspection consisted of selective

examinations of procedures

and representative

records,

interviews with

personnel,

and observations

by the inspector.

Specific concerns

were identified regarding the technical

adequacy of your

procurement

program for dedication of commercial

grade

items for intended

use

in safety-related

applications.

It is our understanding

that these

concerns

will be reviewed and factored into revised procurement

procedures

resulting

from your project plan for "Commercial

Grade Dedication Program

Enhancement."
