EMERGENCY PLAN REVISION Gentlemen:
This letter acknowledges receipt of your letter of August 4, 1989 which transmitted Revision 9 to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Emergency Plan.
We have reviewed the revision to your Emergency Plan and have concluded that the revised Emergency Plan continues to meet the planning standards referenced in 10 CFR. 50.47(b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR 50.
