- letter, we are also forwarding the Monthly Operating Reports to the Regional Administrator of the Region V Office.
Also attached is a revision to the PVNGS Unit 2 August 1989 Monthly Operating Report.
The revision corrects a
typographical error on the "Summary of Operating Experience for the Month" page of that report.
The Information Resource Office was informed of this error by telephone on September 20, 1989.
