REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - 10 CFR 50.59 ANNUAL REPORT FOR 1987; PALO VERDE NUCLEAR GENERATION STATION (TAC NO. 72713)
As part of the NRC's regulatory responsibilities, the staff audits licensee 10 CFR 50.59 annual reports to confirm that the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59 are being properly implemented.
Based upon our review of Arizona Nuclear Power Projects'987 10 CFR 50.59 annual report for Palo Verde dated June 27, 1988, we find that additional information is required in order for us to complete our audit.
The infor-mation being sought is the entire 10 CFR 50.59 evaluation package for each of the following changes, as designated by your annual repor't:
Change Numbers:
17,27,33,36,44,58,73,81,87,91,146 and 150.
We ask that the requested information be provided within 20 days from receipt of this letter.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements of this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
