to the Startup Report (referenced above) prepared and submitted pursuant to Specificatibn 6.9.1.3 of Appendix A (Technical Specifications) to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Unit 3 Operating License.
Supplement 1 covers the items that were open at the time the Startup Report was submitted, which are the Main and Emergency Feedwater Systems Test and the CPC Verification and COLSS Verification.
Supplement 2 to the Startup Report will be submitted by October 6,
The results of the Main and Emergency Feedwater Systems Test will be addressed in a
separate submittal at the time the test is performed.
