SUBJECT:
ACCEPTANCE OF CHANGES TO THE OPERATIONAL EQUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM FOR PALO VERDE We have reviewed the changes addressed in the proposed change of May 25, 1987 to the PVNGS FSAR Section 1.8 and find that it continues to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B; therefore, the change is acceptable.
If there are changes to other operative gA commitments existing in docketed correspondence outside of the SAR gA program description you are obligated to notify this office.
Implementing such changes should be based on 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3).
